Terms of service

These terms form an agreement between you and threeD when you use the website, the studio or the API. Please read them; by creating an account you accept them.

1. Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your login and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to agree to these terms in your country, or use threeD through an account managed by a parent, guardian or school.

2. Plans, credits and billing

  • Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled.
  • Monthly credits reset on your billing date and do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits do not expire while your account is open.
  • Credits are refunded automatically for failed generations. Other refunds follow applicable consumer law.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

3. Your content and outputs

You keep ownership of what you upload. Ownership and licensing of generated outputs depends on your plan, as set out on the model licensing page, which forms part of these terms. You grant threeD a limited licence to host, process and display your content only as needed to run the service, including showing free-plan outputs publicly in your profile.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to follow the acceptable use policy. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break it.

5. AI outputs

Outputs are produced automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to other users’ outputs. Check them before relying on them, especially for dimensions, manufacturing or safety-relevant uses. Do not use outputs as engineering drawings or certified designs.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep threeD available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue a paid feature we will give reasonable notice and a pro-rata refund where appropriate.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, threeD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these terms. You can export your models before closing your account.
