Acceptable use policy

These rules apply to everything you generate, upload or share with threeD, through the studio or the API.
You may not use threeD to create or upload
- Sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises minors in any way.
- Sexual or intimate depictions of real, identifiable people.
- Models of real people without their consent, or models intended to impersonate or deceive.
- Functional firearms, firearm parts or other weapons designed to be manufactured, including printable files.
- Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or hatred against people based on protected characteristics.
- Copies of other people’s copyrighted designs, characters or trademarks that you do not have rights to use.
- Anything that breaks the law where you or your audience are.
You may not misuse the service
- Do not try to bypass content filters, credit limits or rate limits.
- Do not resell API access as a competing generation service without an agreement with us.
- Do not upload malware or attempt to access other users’ data.
Enforcement
Prompts and images are checked automatically, and reports are reviewed by people. Breaking these rules can lead to content removal, loss of credits, or account suspension. Serious cases, such as child sexual abuse material, are reported to the relevant authorities.
Reporting
To report content or a user, email hello@threed.site with a link to the content. For questions about rights in outputs, see model licensing.
